Based in Southampton, EDI was founded in 2017 by Father and Son,

Peter and James Egan. Peter worked in the Facilities Management

and Services industry for a number of years, whilst James had a career

as an Estate Agent selling mid-high end properties as well as having a

vast expertise in property investment. They saw an opportunity to combine their experiences and since then have grown a successful family business with a strong team, including Maria Egan and Sam Egan. 

We call on levels of expertise that are sometimes absent within larger organisations. Knowledge and experience generally comes at a cost

that may be packed with overheads, legislative charges and inflated margins. However, with our primary focus being on 'Return on your Investment', cost justification should be a welcomed surprise.
